What is the target group of this training?

Sales engieneers from subsidiaries and agency that sell products from Weiss Technik GmbH. The training focuses solely on products from Environmental Simulation.

Which online training software is used?

We use Microsoft Teams for the training.

What should I do, if I cannot attend a online session?

Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

When will I get my certificate?

Yes. If your participation rate is sufficient (> 80%), you will get an electronic certificate (pdf).

Can I watch a recording of the online training session?

Currently, we do not offer any recordings. We want participants to actively participate and allow room for questions. Both cannot be accomplished with a recording.

Why do I have to give you the name and email address of my supervisor?

In the last months, we had serious problems with no-shows to our training. That are participants that register for the training, but do not show up. Since this trainings are very costly for Weiss Technik GmbH, but free for you, we want to make sure that participants that registered also attend. We might contact a supervisor, if we see high number of no-shows from a participant.
